When Alex asked my for recommendations for local photographers in Reno I was more than happy to send him a few names, but also threw my name in as well. What was most important to me was that they hired someone they connected with this most. To my delight they wanted me to come down and photograph their Sierra Nevada wedding.

Alex and Megan are both hardcore gamers, meaning their wedding had amazing themes and design. They were even giving out a CD of their soundtrack they had designed for their entire day. It was awesome! I loved every little detail they had designed from their invitations to the garters. The bouquet was even designed as the Master Sword and they brought along a replica of Anduril for some of the photos.

The whole day was such a blast. The night started off with a DJ scratch queuing the wedding party to break into a flash mob which wowed the guests. The guests all danced late into the night and gave the best toasts, no one wanted to follow the toast in the format of the speech from Independence Day.
