Seattle Ferry Proposal

When Ronnie, one of my best friends told me that he wanted me and Adam to cover his Seattle ferry proposal, I was elated. We decided that we were all going to spend the day on Bainbridge Island.

Ronnie and Natale were visiting Seattle from Salt Lake City for a mutual friends wedding. Knowing what was going to happen all day was incredibly hard; the anticipation was killing all of us. We weren’t sure exactly when he was going to pop the question, but was leaning towards the ferry ride home. Ron was kind enough to wait for the sun to dip behind the horizon to drop the big question so the light was as gorgeous as the moment.

With Seattle growing in the distance the anticipation rose within our group of friends. Adam and I just pretended that we were just shooting around anxiously waiting for the moment. We were all standing on the front of the ferry. We pretended that we were taking a cute couple photo of Ron and Nat. As soon as Ronnie knelt down we all backed away giving him room. With a round of apllause from the entire ferry she said yes, after she caught her breath again.
